If, however, goods arrive damaged or unusable, we will be happy to refund your purchase price of the item once it is returned to us in original condition. There is though, no refund on the postage and handling fees.

All of our products are covered with a 7-day money back guarantee for items that are damaged or unusable. We will happily refund your purchase price of the item returned to us in original condition.

Please email us at info@billiardblitz.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so we can work towards a resolution with you. Photographs of the damaged items would be appreciated.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been improperly used, damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product to us via Registered Post. Billiard Blitz will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit, so we advise you to add insurance to your postage. Billiard Blitz will not be responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit.
